Shawarma inspirert kyllingfilet

Ingredienser
- ca 400 g kyllingfilet/bryst
- Marinade:
- 3 ss olivenolje
- 2 hvitløkfedd, knust eller revet
- 1/2 ts spisskummen
- 1/4 ts kanel
- 1/2 ts paprika
- 1 klype kardemomme
- 1/2 ts malt koriander
- 1/4 ts + gurkemeie
- 1 ts salt
- Litt pepper
- 1/2 sitron, saften
Slik gjør du
- Rør sammen ingrediensene til marinaden. Tørk av kyllingbrystene med kjøkkenpapir, legg kyllingbrystene i marinaden og bland godt. La dem marinere fra en halvtime til et døgn. Kyllingkjøttet kan også stekes med en gang om du ikke kan vente :-).
- Forvarm ovnen til 200°C
- Stek kyllingbrystene i varm stekepanne til de har fått en gylden farge. Legg dem over i et ildfast form og stek videre i steikeovnen i 6 minutter . Skjær i tynne skiver om du skal servere de i en meze/mezze eller i pitabrød med yoghurt og salat.
SHAWARMA INSPIRED CHICKEN FILLET
Ingredients
about 400 g of chicken fillet / breast
marinade:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic clove, crushed or grated
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch cardamom
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/4 ts + turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
A little pepper
1/2 lemon, juice
Method
Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Wipe the chicken breasts with kitchen paper, put the chicken breasts in the marinade and mix well. Let the filets marinate from half an hour to a day. But they can also be fried right away if you can't wait :-).Preheat oven to 200 ° C
Fry the chicken fillets in a hot frying pan until they have a golden color. Place them in a ovenproved dish and place in the stove for 6 minutes to continue cooking. Cut into thin slices to serve them in a meze / mezze or in pita bread with yogurt and salad.
