En nydelig kryssning mellom dutch baby (en pannekake stekt i støpejernspanne) og fritatta.
Jeg har sløyfet sukker i den klassisk dutch baby oppskriften og tilsatt salt, urter og sopp. Fritattakaken er også toppet med brie med det samme den kom ut av ovnen. Nam😍
Ingredienser
- 2 ss + smør

Slik gjør du
- Forvarm stekeovnen til 200 °C
- Pisk godt sammen egg, mel, melk og salt. Jeg pleier å ha alle ingrediensene i en blender, da er røre laget i en fei. Varm smør i en støpejernsstekepanne eller annen stekepanne som tåler å bli brukt i ovn. Stek soppen til den har fått farge og tilsett urtene. Pass på at det er godt med smør i pannen. Slå av varmen , men pass på at pannen er skikkelig varm når du heller røre over soppen, Hell i røre og sett formen i ovnen. 1 dl different herbs, like chives, parsley and some thyme, chopped
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 dl milk
1 dl flour or spelt
Beat eggs, flour, milk and salt well. I usually have all the ingredients in a blender. Heat butter in a cast iron pan or other frying pan that can be used in the oven. Saute the mushrooms until golden and add the herbs. Make sure you have enough with meltet butter in the pan. Turn off the heat, but make sure the pan is warm enough when pouring in the batter. Place the dish back in the oven. Bake about 20 minutes, until golden and puffed up. Add the Brie and server immediately.
