Zaatar er en krydderblanding hjemmehørende i Midtøsten. Den har spredt seg lagt utover sitt opprinnelses område og du finner varianter av den fra Iran til sør- Spania. Jeg bruker den i alt fra salater, egg til kjøtt og fiskeretter På grunn av utbredelsen er det store variasjoner i hva Zaatar inneholder. Ingredienser:
- 8 makrellfileter, med skinn på

- 3 ss ekstra virgin olivenolje

- Nykvernet sort pepper
Slik gjør du:
- Forvarm ovnen til 200° C.

- Poteter:
- Kok potetene i saltet vann til de er møre. Hell ut vannet og knus potetene lett med en gaffel. Tilsatt vårløken og litt olivenolje , smak til med salt.

- Kle en stekeplate med bakepapir og pensle papiret med litt olivenolje. Legg makrellfilet med skinnsiden opp på papir . Gni makrellfiletene inn med sitronsaft og litt olje. Dryss over med paprika og zaatar. Stek i 8-10 minutter i ovn til skinnet er sprø og fisken er gjennomstekt.

Zaatar is a spice mixture based in the Middle East. It has spread beyond its origin and you will find variants of that from Iran to southern Spain. I use it in everything from salads, eggs to meat and fish dishes. Because of the spread there are big variations in what Zaatar contains. The most common combination is thyme, oregano sesame seeds and sumak. Zaatar can be purchased in most immigrant stores.
8 mackerel fillets, with skin on
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
2 tbsp Zaatar
1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
8 to 12 new potatoes
2-3 spring onions, finely sliced
lemon, juice
olive oil DRESSING:
1 pinch of turmeric
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
