Tabbouleh med tomater og oliven

Personer: 4

Ingredienser

  • 3 dl fullkorn couscous         
  • 5 tomater, i små terninger
  • 1 løk, finhakket
  • 1 fedd hvitløk, finhakket
  • 1 - 2 dl sorte oliven(kalamat) uten sten, finhakket
  • 1 stor neve bladpersille, finhakket
  • 1 stor neve mynteblader, finhakket
  • 1 sitron, saften
  • 4 ss olivenolje
  • Salt og pepper

Slik gjør du

  1. Tilbered coucous etter pakke anvisning. Avvkjøl og rør litt i couscousgrynene med en gaffel. . Bland i tomatene løk, urter og olivenolje. Smak til med sitronsaft, salt og pepper.

Ingrediens

3 dl wholegrain couscous
5 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 - 2 dl black olives ( Kalamata ) pitted, chopped
1 large handful of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 large handful mint leaves, finely chopped
1 lemon, juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

Method

Prepare coucous by package instructions. Cool and stir the couscous with a fork. Mix in the tomatoes, onion, garlic, herbs and olive oil. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
