Parmesan kjøttboller i tomatsaus
Noen ganger er en stor dose karbohydrater alt jeg trenger for å komme i humør igjen. Pasta er alltid godt og tiden for pasta og kjøttsaus er definitivt ikke forbi her i huset. I dag har jeg laget parmesan kjøttboller med penne i marinara med endå mer parmesan og mozarella. Helt perfekt for å løfte humøret.

Pasta arrabbiata betyr sinna pasta på italiensk. Desto mer chili, desto sinnere pasta. En enkel rett med løk, hvitløk, tomater, chili og urter. Jeg har i tillegg tilsatt ovnstekte auberginer balsamicoeddik og litt ekstra chili til sausen.
